A Brief History
        
      The Media and Instructional Resources Center was established in 1991 as the   Work Supply Room. Since 1997 it has served all the mass communication   departments in the university.
      
    The Center provides technological services and facilities to the departments   of Journalism and Communication Studies, Advertising and Public Relations, and   Communication Arts, as well as to the Graduate School of Mass Communication and   the SOCE Department of Mass Communication.
